Hi friends!
I’m Danica - I am 26 years old and living in sunny Pretoria, South Africa.
I have been a professional MUA for the last 10 years now and I’ve been lucky enough to be apart of some amazing projects in that time.
I like to do things differently as the makeup and beauty industry is so saturated with talented people, I believe it’s important to find your own image and voice...and SELL IT!
My love for all things makeup started at the age of 16. After school I did my full professional makeup course with Kohl Makeup Academy. My first BIG project was working on a student film where I got to dive into SFX (my absolute favorite) it was challenging and scary, but the results where everything we hoped for, gory and grungy!
My proudest moment has to be the impromptu photoshoot at GUESS headquarters in Los Angeles - I got to work with photographer Tatiana Gerusova and model Kenzie Spooner, definitely the highlight of my visit as you can imagine.
